Shipping Policy
Tone&Glow ships to countries within the European Union and other international destinations.
Order processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt of payment. During periods of increased demand, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery within the EU Standard delivery to EU countries usually takes 5–10 business days. Express delivery (if available) takes 2–4 business days. Exact dates depend on the destination country and the chosen carrier.
International delivery Delivery to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand usually takes 7–14 business days.
Shipment tracking After sending the order, you will receive an email with a shipment tracking number.
Customs fees and taxes For customers within the EU, all taxes are included in the price. Customers outside the EU may be subject to local customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Undelivered packages If your package does not arrive within the specified time limit, contact us at toneaglow@gmail.com. We resolve complaints within 5 business days.
